SHIPPING AND RETURNS....


24 HOUR TURNAROUND:  It is our goal to ship your order within 24 business hours of receiving it.... and we meet that goal much, much more often than not. There are too many variables to be able to guarantee it in every case; but we promise our very best effort.


SHIPPING:  Unless you request differently, we will ship your U.S. domestic orders FedEx ground within the 48 states and FedEx 2nd day air to Hawaii and Alaska. All other orders going outside the United States will go via FedEx International Economy. (Click this link to view all shipping rates)


RETURNS:  If you wish to return an item to us for any reason, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling our Customer Service Department at (800) 393-3012 within three days of your receipt of the item. You can reach that number Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, US Eastern Time. You may also choose to e-mail the details of any problem that you might have to (service@proshopwarehouse.com) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We cannot accept any packages without a prior authorization. If we agree to accept for return any product that was sold to you new, it must be returned in the same new condition. Product used even once will be ineligible for return. Product accepted for return will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
